At Synapse Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred tracked carrier to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
